Police: Wife stabs husband in the back

A 68-year-old man was stabbed once in the left arm and once in the back Wednesday by his wife, police said.

The stabbing happened around 6:15 p.m. on the first floor of an apartment building on the 200 block of Manheim Street in Germantown, police said.

The man was taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.

The weapon was not recovered, but the wife was apprehended by police.
