FOOTBALL: Spring-Ford's Andrew Scanlan commits to Northwestern

Spring-Ford's Andrew Scanlan, a quick-footed wide receiver and defensive back, has orally committed to play at Northwestern.

In 12 games this season for the Rams, the 6-foot-2, 195-pound senior caught 52 passes for 836 yards and 10 touchdowns.
