What happens when your hobby is world travel and your guilty pleasure a hot dog?
Destination Dogs - a hot dog emporium-slash-cocktail bar with four-year-old roots in New Brunswick, N.J. - is planning to take 1111 Walnut St., which until its July 2014 eviction was The Farmers' Cabinet.
DD got good notice in 2014 from the New York Times,
Cocktails, beers, and a few wines make up the drink list. There's a game room, too.
DD partners Jimmy Cronk, whose wife was a travel agent, and Haddonfield's Sean Hosty met while worked together at Clydz, also in New Brunswick.
Hosty says they hope to open in late spring.
Perhaps by coincidence, Bareburger - a New York-rooted bar specializing in burgers - is next door.
