Katie Cavuto opening in G-Ho

Katie Cavuto-Boyle, the "Next Food Network Star" finalist, has a spot for her organic market/takeout:

Healthy Bites To-Go will be at 2521 Christian St. (at Grays Ferry), across from Resurrection Ale House. The spot previously was Whisk & Spoon.

Cavuto says she's planning to open in two or three months. It will be an organic market, takeout and small cafe/outdoor seating, with cooking classes and delivery and catering.

She also is planning a co-op that will give members access to organic produce.
