Center City-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments has acquired the Trails at Dominion Park, an 843-unit luxury garden apartment complex in Houston for $52.5 million.
Center City-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments has acquired the Trails at Dominion Park, an 843-unit luxury garden apartment complex in Houston for $52.5 million.
Chairman Richard Oller said his company had scouted Texas markets for two years to find the right property and continues to expand in the state as part of its 2015 growth strategy.
GoldOller owns and operates rental communities in 15 states, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast, and its portfolio of 11,000 units is valued at more than $1 billion. It also manages 30,000 units for others.
