Sunoco completes Okla. refinery sale

Sunoco Inc. said today that it completed the sale of its 85,000-barrel-a-day refinery in Tulsa, Okla., to Holly Corp for $65 million.

Sunoco had owned the refinery, which specializes in the manufacture of lubricants, since 1968.
