Police have released the names of two men who died of gunshot wounds.

Juan Reyes, 54, of the 400 block of Robbins Avenue in Lawndale, died yesterday afternoon from wounds inflicted three days earlier, according to police.

Shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday, Reyes was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a car in the 3000 block of Jasper Street in Kensington.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:15 yesterday.

He may have been shot during a robbery, but investigators have no suspects, police said.

The other shooting took the life of a Fairmount man late Friday night.

Bryan Harper, 21, lived in the 800 block of N. 20th St.

About 11:30 p.m., police were called to Albert Einstein Medical Center, which had received two victims driven there by car.

Harper, wounded in the head and chest, was pronounced dead at 11:34 p.m.

A 35-year-old male was also left in critical condition after being shot in the neck and chest.

Police believe the shootings took place in the 6400 block of Stenton Avenue in East Mount Airy.

The motive was unknown, and police have no suspects.
