Report: Tony Romo won't play vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback Tony Romo will not play Sunday against the Eagles due to a back injury, according to a report on ESPN.

Adam Schefter reported that a league source said Romo will miss the rest of the season.

A news conference is scheduled to start in minutes in Dallas to announce the injury.

Kyle Orton is the Cowboys' backup quarterback.

The winner of Sunday's Eagles-Cowboys game will win the NFL East championship.
