Attorney General's plans include a three-month vacation
Attorney General Anne Milgram looks ahead to taking a vacation; future plans undecided.
Asked about her plans for the future at a press conference today, Attorney General Anne Milgram said she plans to go on vacation for three months, visiting friends in other countries.
Milgram said her phone has been ringing since Election Day, but that she wants to spend some time relaxing.
She called being the state's attorney general the "opportunity of a lifetime" and said she felt lucky to have had the opportunity to serve.
Looking ahead for the office she will leave behind, Milgram said she hopes her successor, expected to be Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow, will give deputy attorney generals raises. She called it the single most important thing Dow could do.
