Camden man pleads guilty in fatal '07 shooting
A 20-year-old Camden man pleaded guilty yesterday to first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the killing of another city man in the summer of 2007, authorities said.

Hakeem Pratt of Division Street admitted firing a fatal shotgun blast from a passing car at Thaao Macklin. The 21-year-old victim was hit as he stood at Newport and Thurman Streets in Camden about 9 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2007.
Pratt is scheduled to be sentenced before Superior Court Judge Anthony Pugliese on Feb. 5, 2010. Under the plea, Pratt will be incarcerated in a state prison for up to 20 years and must serve 85 percent of that term before becoming eligible for parole.
