With the reopening of I-95, Beyoncé coming to Philly, and America’s birthday on Tuesday, Philly has much to celebrate.

This Tuesday, July 4, marks the 247th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, and that means Philadelphia, its collar counties, and the Jersey Shore are lighting off fireworks in celebration of America’s birthday.

Every year, dozens of free fireworks shows throughout the Fourth of July weekend are hosted across the region for your annual fill of the rockets’ red glare and fireworks bursting in air.
