One of the biggest celebrations and party holidays of the year is upon Philadelphia.

On Sunday, Dec. 31, and Monday, Jan. 1, the Philly region will be ringing in the new year with dinners, blowouts, and late-night watch parties of the Times Square ball drop.

Throughout the joy and chaos, many businesses, government buildings, and services will be operating on modified business hours or will be closed.

Here is what’s open and closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day in Philadelphia.
